Marion Bright is a writer living in Petoskey, Michigan. A native Kentuckian, she resided in several places around the country before landing here, near her family's summer cottage. In addition to contributing to the Mackinac Journal, she writes fiction and earned her M.F.A. from the Iowa Writers' Workshop. She also teaches English at North Central Michigan College.
