Dundee Village 7/2/2018 Planning Commission hearing
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that the Dundee Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday July 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council chambers located at 350 Monroe Street to consider a conditional rezoning of property.
Sam Martin is requesting conditional rezoning of 5.9 acres from B-4 Interchange District to a B-2 Business District for the construction of a 72 unit senior living center at 123 Waterstradt Commerce Dr. parcel# 42-040-711-43 Section 3.15.03 of the Zoning Ordinance requires special land use be approved prior to site plan approval.
The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public input on the special land use request. This notice will be mailed to all real property owners within 300 feet of the applicant property. All related documents can be reviewed at the Village Hall located at 350 W. Monroe St. Dundee MI 48131 during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Written comments will also be received at the above address during normal business hours.
