HEARING NOTICE - ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the City of Luna Pier Administration Building, located at 4357 Buckeye Street, City of Luna Pier, Michigan 48157 at the following date and time:
Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
At this meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following ZBA Appeal for:
Dynamic Transportation LLC, 10501 Evans Drive, Property ID 5851-003-014-20
Who requests a variance by the ZBA to construct a gravel off-street parking area vs. the use of asphalt or concrete, for the trucking facility in the I-1 Light Industrial District.
This appeal is requested from the requirements of Ordinance Number 211, as amended, Article 22, Section 2203 – Paragraph/item #5.
More specific information may be obtained at the office of the City of Luna Pier, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Any person having interest in said City, or their duly appointed representative shall be then and there heard at such meeting or adjournments, thereof, relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.
This notice is in compliance with PA 110 of 2006 and the Open Meetings Act.

The building inspector has refused to issue a permit claiming it is not in accordance with the city’s zoning ordinance. You have received this notice because your property is located within 300 feet of the property requesting an appeal.
